ORDER LEAD TIME

in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. if an item is out of stock or made to order, it will ship 4-6 weeks after purchase. tracking will be emailed once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING

Signature is required on all Suzy b packages and this requirement cannot be lifted. suzy b is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates the package has been delivered. suzy b is not responsible for delayed items if no one was available to sign for the package at arrival.

RETURNS

all sales are final, however, we will exchange the item if there is a defect.
